These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Even mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"), operated by Even Financial Systems LLC ("Even," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Even is a coordination and expense-tracking platform designed to help groups organize, approve, and record shared expenses. Even does not provide banking services, does not move money, does not hold funds, and does not guarantee reimbursement or payment. All payments occur outside the App through third-party services at the users’ discretion.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVEN FINANCIAL SYSTEMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Even Financial Systems LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
